Hyperwave at the DMS EXPO in Cologne, Germany
Munich • September 6, 2007 Companies should be able to expect added value from Compliance. At this year’s DMS EXPO, Hyperwave will be promoting the opportunities for process optimisation and increased efficiency which accompany the implementation of compliance projects.
Hyperwave will present current trends and technology for Collaborative Enterprise Content Management at this year’s DMS EXPO (Cologne, 25–27 September). Trade fair visitors will be able to find out everything about leading Hyperwave solutions, as well as real application scenarios and opportunities for their company in hall 7, stand B089/C090. The focus will be on compliance.
Using their Web 2.0 ECM platform and the ‘Hyperwave @nswer’ solution which is based on this platform, Hyperwave will demonstrate that, instead of demanding a genuine value contribution, companies have up to now expected too little from governance, risk management and compliance projects. Next to the experts from Hyperwave, representatives of our partners Werum Software & Systems AG and Gabo IDM will be available at the stand to answer visitors’ questions.
Corporate governance, risk management and compliance (GRC) are at the top of the agenda for many IT administrators. However most companies expect no real advantages, but only to avoid legal disadvantages.
This is where we see an enormous potential for optimisation. And that’s why we’re making GRC the focus of the DMS EXPO. Trade fair visitors can not only expect in-depth information about the possibilities Hyperwave technology offers, but also real suggestions for efficient and audit-proof processes for their company. Christoph Michel, Senior Vice President of Hyperwave
Hyperwave: the compliance expertise centre at the DMS EXPO
Hyperwave will erect a centre for compliance expertise at its exhibit stand at the trade fair (hall 7, stand B089/C090). There, Hyperwave will present information about its solutions and the different aspects of compliance projects. The Hyperwave @nswer application platform ensures all information is transparent and beyond dispute – in every step of the lifecycle process; from creation, release and access authorisation through to archiving and deletion. Given the continuously increasing flood of data, this overview and control of the lifecycle offers not only legal security but significant savings potential. Information resources are consolidated and can be used throughout the entire company.
Facing increased competition, companies must strive to realise every optimisation potential available to them. Compliance brings with it a range of options. We look forward to being able to discuss this important topic with DMS EXPO visitors and to demonstrating strategies for combining necessity with opportunity. Christoph Michel, Senior Vice President of Hyperwave
